We design, make and finish every component of your bookcase ourselves. The finished units are delivered direct to your home and installed by our trained and experienced fitters.

From the smallest alcove bookcase to a large library or fitted Study, our furniture is made to the highest standard using traditional methods and quality materials.

We operate in a very traditional way, employing local craftsmen, with high skill levels and using the services of local businesses wherever possible. We have a very personal 'name-not-number' customer service to ensure every aspect of your requirement is understood and accommodated.

As a business, “Off the Shelf” will continue to grow and expand its offerings with new models and designs being brought over to offer a whole house solution of furniture. All made by hand in our workshops to our exacting standards and quality, but using ‘off the shelf’ sizes. This will include sideboards, tables, occasional furniture and bedroom furniture so look out for up and coming designs and offers. All of these items will be made and available for delivery within 6 weeks of placing your order online.
